Boiler Safety
1. If you smell fumes or gas, you should turn off gas at the gas meter and contact us asap!
2. Flames appear yellow or unusual.
3. If you notice stains or smoke marks around any appliance.
4. If you hear your fan squeaking loudly or screeching.
5. Pilot goes out repeatedly.
6. Poor hot water or irregular consistency.
7. Rapid pressure drops, of if your boiler needs refilling more than once a month.
8. Overheating: The temperature gauge should not exceed 80 degrees centigrade.
9. Or If your radiators all heat up at different times. This could be a faulty or unbalanced boiler.
Fire Safety
1. The smell of fumes or leaking gas, you should turn off gas at the gas meter and contact us asap!
2. If there are any signs of staining or smoke marks around the fire.
3. Yellow or irregular flames (particularly fake flame fires).
4. If the radiant or coals are damaged.
5. If your fire regularly fails to light first time.
6. Fire goes out repeatedly or is difficult to light.
Cooker Safety
1. The smell of fumes or leaking gas, you should turn off gas at the gas meter and contact us asap!
2. Flame from the burner is uncontrollable, contact us asap!
3. Flames appear yellow or irregular colour.
4. If you find smoke marks or stains around the oven door.
5. Flames are lifting off their source or if a roaring sound is heard.
